Any type of application is welcome, regardless of whether you choose to send it by e-mail or mail; applications received using our online application form are, however, given preference. Our online application system also allows you to save the application and complete it later. You can also submit several applications, and the online system is compatible with smartphones.
Once you have completed the online application form, the receipt of your application is usually confirmed immediately by e-mail. The receipt of your application sent by e-mail or mail is confirmed within three to four business days.
Upon receipt of your application, it will be reviewed by the human resources department or the respective specialist department, and checked for completeness. Further documents may be requested as required. This process can take up to four weeks.
OPTIONAL
Specifics for apprentice mechatronics technicians and mechatronics technicians for refrigeration technology:
It is common practice at technotrans that applicants for an apprenticeship as mechatronics technician or mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology take an additional test before the actual interview takes place. Once we have received your documents, we will send a separate invitation by e-mail or mail, or call you.
If we have determined by your application that you are a promising candidate, we will invite you to the first interview, which would be about one week after the decision has been made internally. We intentionally avoid stress interviews, instead making every effort to meet on a level playing field, with the objective of getting to know one another.
The most promising candidates are invited to a second interview. This is where we often ask candidates to work on a task, or we show them the company and introduce them to their potential colleagues. This step of the process can take between two and four weeks; sometimes several appointments are made. The appointment also helps both sides to decide for or against each other.
The final act involves selecting our preferred candidate – you, hopefully – from among all the suitable applicants and announcing the good news. You will then be all set to sign a contract and start your career at technotrans!
We offer you various entry-level opportunities to help launch your career with the technotrans Group, whether as a student, or a young or experienced professional.
