Move over! technotrans refrigeration and cooling units for tooling machines

At the EMO 2013 the space and energy-saving solutions by technotrans AG for the refrigeration and filtration of cooling lubricants, will not only be on view at the booth of the system supplier. More and more manufacturers of tooling machines have added the “toolsmart“ units to their product portfolio. This modularly designed series combines various performance features. The configuration of individual filtration steps, from band filter over centrifugal cleaning to fine filter modules, resulting from the individual requirements of the respective application.

technotrans offers a similar performance spectrum with regards to refrigeration, with a range from 0.1 kW to 600 kW. The show highlight, as far as technotrans AG is concerned, is the newly developed multi-circuit immersion chiller “theta.k“. This system allows the refrigeration of up to three further circuits, so the same unit can additionally cool for example the spindle, the control cabinet plus the drive, and all circuits are individually variable. The supply from the same refrigeration source is not just space-saving, but also offers considerable potential savings in energy consumption.

A further worldwide debut by technotrans AG will be displayed at the booth of Geibel + Hotz (D63) in hall 11. The “toolsmart.xt 640“ also combines the preparation of cooling lubricant with a multi-circuit refrigeration system for the spindle, the control cabinet and the central lubrication system.
