The 12th Blechexpo trade fair is the perfect stage for the presentation of the new spray lubrication system spray.xact easy by technotrans AG. The company will present its solution for punching and forming systems at the international trade fair for the metalworking industry from 3-6 November in Stuttgart. With spray.xact, technotrans AG offers metalworking companies several versions of the proven, mist-free spray lubrication system. The new, cost-efficient version spray.xact easy, which – like all the other models – does not require any compressed air or exhaust system, is particularly suitable for small-scale applications. technotrans will present its products at stand 8407 in hall 8.

In terms of spray lubrication systems, technotrans, as a full-line company, offers a complete range of products for the lubrication of coils, blanks, or profiles with emulsions, oils, or anti-corrosion agents. The spray.xact system does not require any compressed air and, consequently, neither an exhaust system, making the system particularly cost-efficient. "In order to round out our offer at the lower end as well, we have developed our new spray.xact easy version with up to four nozzles," explains Alois Scharf, head of the ink & fluid technology business unit of technotrans. The placement of the spray nozzles in the press is highly flexible, which is why the cost-efficient version is suitable for all types of applications on a smaller scale. Metalworking companies benefit from all of the advantages of the unique spray lubrication system: thanks to its special, high-frequency valves, the spray.xact system does not require any compressed air. The system is nearly mist-free so that there is no need for an exhaust system. The application of the oil can be controlled in a highly precise and comfortable manner. All of these features ensure the high economic efficiency of the low-wear and low-maintenance system.

Reflection surfaces for a wisp of oil
An increasing number of renowned users and press manufacturers at home and abroad apply spray lubrication solutions made by technotrans. This also applies to the new spray.xact reflection, which has been developed particularly with automatic punch presses in mind. "Thanks to the reflection surface, the oil is distributed even more finely so that a mere wisp of oil is applied," explains Alois Scharf. Indirect lubrication is particularly suitable for the high-volume production of small pieces, e.g. plug contacts.

As of now, the self-developed nozzles of all of the spray.xact models will be equipped with an optimised monitoring system (option). Even spray pattern deviations that are caused by a single nozzle will be identified with an even higher level of accuracy.

technotrans will present several variants of its spray lubrication system at stand 8407 in hall 8 of the Blechexpo trade fair. A wide range of different models can be inspected on site: among them, systems with a spraying chamber with 32 valves for lubricating blanks or coils with a width of 1600 mm or a spraying chamber for lubricating coils with a width up to 250 mm. The latter is particularly suitable for fine-blanking systems. technotrans will demonstrate the spraying process with high-speed valves live at the trade fair by way of an open spray.xact b spraying system for blank and coil lubrication. In addition, the two innovations spray.xact easy and spray.xact reflection will be shown for the first time.
