Debut at KUTENO: technotrans and enesty jointly showcase energy-efficient cooling and temperature control technologies

• First joint trade fair appearance of the technology partners at KUTENO

• Reliable and energy-efficient temperature control units

• Up to 45 percent subsidised cooling systems with natural refrigerants

Future-proof processes and reduced operating costs thanks to intelligent thermal management: This year, technotrans and enesty will make their first joint appearance at the KUTENO trade fair. The technology partners will present integrated solutions designed to optimise quality, shorten cycle times and reduce energy consumption. The focus will also be on established cooling and temperature control technologies: technotrans will be presenting its sustainable temperature control units from the eco.line series and showcasing BAFA-subsidised cooling systems from the kws series that use the natural refrigerant R290 (propane).

“At this year’s KUTENO, we aim to demonstrate the combined innovative strength of technotrans and enesty through direct interaction with visitors,” says Fabian Heuel, Division Manager Sales and Member of the Executive Board at technotrans solutions GmbH. “The fusion of our competencies results in market-leading technology – precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.”
At the shared exhibition stand, technotrans and enesty will demonstrate the benefits of perfectly coordinated high-efficiency cooling and temperature control systems combined with innovative water distribution systems for injection moulding processes. The integrated system regulates heat exchange in the mould to match demand, thereby reducing cycle times, improving component quality, and minimising energy consumption.

Another highlight of the exhibition is the proven technotrans cooling systems of the kws series, which operate with the natural refrigerant R290 (propane). These pioneering systems are tailored to the requirements of the plastics industry and can be customised to specific needs. The systems can be configured either as chillers or heat pumps: As part of a customer-specific complete concept, with options for integrating winter relief and heat recovery, they help users comply with future regulatory requirements under the F-Gas Regulation, significantly reduce CO emissions, and access government subsidies of up to 45 percent.

technotrans will also present its particularly energy-efficient temperature control units from the eco.line series. These devices feature the Pump Efficiency Module (PEM) and a user-friendly process data visualisation system called the ecoAnalyzer. Thanks to a redesigned compact housing, they offer optimal maintenance access. An optional OPC UA communication interface enables the intelligent networking of all components involved in the production and processing process.

technotrans will be exhibiting at KUTENO 2025 in Bad Salzuflen from 13 to 15 May at stand 20-G21.
