The technology behind it is chatAssist, developed as part of the PANTOPIX SPHERE platform and integrated into easybrowse by gds. easychat introduces a new way of interacting with product information. Users ask questions in everyday language – and the system responds with context-based, easy-to-understand answers drawn directly from the content in easybrowse. The underlying solution, chatAssist, combines advanced language models (LLMs) with structured company knowledge to deliver fast, accurate information exactly when it's needed.
