EuroBLECH 2014

technotrans AG confirms the establishment of the company on new markets

More exhibitors than ever before presented their products at this year's EuroBLECH trade fair. technotrans AG, from Sassenberg, Germany, has become a well-established participant. The second trade fair participation of the specialist company was marked by the presentation of their spray lubrication system for coils, blanks, and profiles, and of their cooling and temperature control systems. Apart from the end user market, technotrans also focusses on the close partnership with various machine manufacturers. Over the next years, the company plans to continue to grow in this manner.

"Those who have tried and tested our solution, come back and recommend us to their partners", is the conclusion of the trade fair says Alois Scharf, head of the ink & fluid technology business unit. This impression could be confirmed fully at the EuroBLECH trade fair. "Partners from other stands kept coming to us in order to show our spray.xact spray lubrication system to their customers." technotrans has worked hard over the last few years in order to gain this level of trust in its lubrication solution. Since its involvement in the metalworking industry, the company, with its headquarters in Sassenberg, has become a so-called full-liner. This means that the products are used for all types of applications from forming presses over fine blanking systems up to automatic punching and bending presses.

This success is primarily based on the economic efficiency of the product, since the spray.xact system does not require any compressed air. Due to the fact that the spray lubrication system produces only very little oil mist, there is no need for expensive extraction systems. In addition, machine set-ups between the various production runs are not necessary which, in turn, results in a higher level of efficiency.

Cooling systems for laser and drive cooling
Another trade fair highlight: cooling systems for laser and drive cooling. Based on 35 years of experience, technotrans develops cooling systems for the mechanical engineering industry. These cooling systems were also presented at the EuroBLECH trade fair and the small- and large-format standard and bespoke systems were highly convincing. As a result, Christian Walczyk, head of industrial system solutions at technotrans, is very satisfied with the outcome of the trade fair: "There was a strong demand for our cooling and temperature control systems." These systems are customised in line with specific customer requirements. This is why the high level of problem-solving skills of technotrans is a major factor during the meetings with customers at trade fairs.

According to Alois Scharf and Christian Walczyk, the potential for spray lubrication and cooling systems is still far from being exhausted. Both assume continued growth on their respective markets in the next few years. This is also the declared goal of technotrans AG, a company that continues to expand its market shares in the metalworking and tool manufacturing industry.
