- The mobile version of the spray.xact food spraying system at trade fair stand
- Modular structure enables highly flexible design
- Precise and energy-efficient application of different media
Save resources, increase precision and ensure reproducibility: With its spray.xact food spraying system, technotrans will be presenting a modular solution for the mist-free application of different media in food production at this year's Anuga FoodTec. The spraying system works without compressed air with either tempered or untempered valves, which are particularly easy to maintain thanks to optimised accessibility.
"The use of sustainable technologies and consistently high production reliability are once again the fundamental requirements in food production this year," says Hary Kosciesza, Business Development Manager at technotrans. "Our spray.xact food combines both with homogeneous and precise application as well as an application-specific design." Visitors at the technotrans stand can look forward to a complete mobile spray.xact food system with four spray valves, which demonstrates its precise application of media.
Food manufacturers in particular will benefit from the high degree of adaptability provided by the technotrans spraying system. The entire system is modular, fully equipped with food-grade components and can be expanded by various parameters. For example, spraying widths of several metres are possible. technotrans is also flexible when it comes to the media to be applied: Water, release agents, vegetable oils or even whole egg can be sprayed evenly and at different quantities. Depending on the required viscosity, tempered and untempered valves are available. There is also flexibility with regard to supply systems: User can have numerous connection options at their disposal: from pressure vessels and pump modules with different container types all the way to integration into a central supply system.
Uniform spray pattern, compressed air-free operation
The spray.xact food spray valves work with electrical impulses and are completely free of compressed air – an extraction system in the production environment is not necessary. They dispense media evenly and sparingly, which prevents media loss and ensures high reproducibility. The spraying system is available with a standard control unit for simple processes as well as a comprehensive Unicontrol unit with an integrated BUS system. Among other things, this enables communication with higher-level control centre computers for transmitting data to the spraying system – media recipes and quantities, for example.
As a mobile version, spray.xact food can be easily moved out of the production line, to be maintained or cleaned in a separate room, for example. The spray valves and nozzles can also be removed and dismantled, allowing quick and thorough cleaning.
technotrans will be exhibiting at Anuga FoodTec in hall 10.1, stand D039, from 19 to 22 March 2024.
