gdslive 2025: Trends, Best Practices, and AI in Technical Documentation - Live on May 24, 2025, in Düsseldorf

gdslive, a leading event for technical documentation and information management, returns as an in-person event in Düsseldorf in 2025. After last year's successful online event, gds GmbH is excited to welcome participants back in person.

"We are thrilled to host gdslive 2025 again as an in-person event in Düsseldorf. Face-to-face networking and direct exchange are irreplaceable, and we look forward to inspiring discussions and presentations," says Ulrich Pelster, Managing Director of gds GmbH.

Participants can experience the latest trends, exciting best practices, and innovative technologies in technical documentation.

What Participants Can Expect
For gdslive 2025, gds GmbH has further developed the proven concept of its traditional customer event focused on technical communication and information management to offer even more engaging content and interactive formats.

The event is divided into two main parts: Informative expert presentations in the morning and Interactive workshops in the afternoon.

The morning starts with practical company presentations, followed by parallel expert sessions. These cover three central topics: "Regulations & Co.", "Tools and Processes" and "AI and Digitalization". The wide range of topics enables participants to dive into the content most relevant to them. During breaks, there is ample opportunity to network and exchange ideas with other attendees.

After a shared lunch break that provides space for networking and preparation for the afternoon, the interactive part of the event begins: At themed tables, industry-specific questions or topics from the presentations are discussed. The limited number of participants per table ensures an intensive exchange, allowing participants to discuss solutions in a small group alongside other professionals and experts.

The focus then shifts to the results: Representatives from the themed tables present their group's key insights. These wrap-ups take place in several rounds, ensuring all participants gain a comprehensive overview. Open discussions in the plenary round off the day, providing further opportunities for engagement and valuable networking.
