Full liner for spray lubrication applications: The EuroBLECH trade fair in Hanover is the ideal platform for presenting technotrans AG as a well-established partner for the metal punching and forming industry. When the technotrans engineers from Sassenberg attended the trade fair in Hanover for the first time two years ago, they were absolute newcomers and completely unknown in this field of technology. Meanwhile, the company offers a complete range of products for the lubrication of coils, blanks, or profiles with emulsions, oils, or anti-corrosion agents. From 21-25 October, trade fair visitors can get a first-hand impression of the spray.xact lubrication system at stand G74 in hall 27.

The term "full liner" is a term coined by technotrans AG. Alois Scharf, head of the ink & fluid technology business unit at technotrans AG, considers this title as absolutely self-evident: "It underlines that our products can be used in a wide range of applications from forming presses over fine blanking systems up to automatic punching and bending presses." The advantages of the spray lubrication system compared to other solutions have convinced numerous users since it was presented for the first time two years ago at the same event.

 This success is primarily based on the economic efficiency of the product, since the spray.xact system does not require any compressed air. Due to the fact that the spray lubrication system produces only very little oil mist, there is no need for expensive extraction systems. In addition, machine set-ups between the various production runs are not necessary which, in turn, results in a higher level of efficiency.

Remote control and maintenance

During the EuroBLECH trade fair, technotrans will demonstrate the enhanced operation of the spray lubrication system. The precise application of the oil – as well as the spraying of patterns – is now much more convenient, as it can be controlled via an innovative touchscreen user interface. Even if the operators are not present at the machine, they can remotely control or service the spray lubrication system via wireless LAN or by way of Virtual Network Computing (VNC). In addition, technotrans has equipped the low-wear and low-maintenance system with a new feature for the detection of partially or completely clogged nozzles. As an option, the specialist from the Muensterland region in Germany now also offers a dosing system for the preparation of emulsions.

In addition to the spray lubrication system, the company will also present their cooling systems for industrial applications at the trade fair. technotrans offers a global service and sales network, with 22 locations, for all of its products.
