Change of management at termotek GmbH: Mr Jan Kröger will take office at the helm of the company specialised in liquid cooling systems come 1 October 2019. Kröger is succeeding Mr Peter Hirsch, who is going to focus on his responsibilities as a member of the board of technotrans SE, the parent company of termotek. 

“I am looking forward to this new challenge at termotek and the opportunity to further advance the company,” says Mr Jan Kröger, the new managing director. He will take on his new position at the main office located in Baden-Baden starting 1 October 2019. Mr Jan Kröger (50) has most recently been working for the technology company GEA Group as Country Manager of Austria & Switzerland.

“In Jan Kröger we have a seasoned executive at the helm of termotek,” explained Peter Hirsch, the parting managing director. His successor would bring extensive expertise in refrigeration technology to the table in conjunction with a strong affinity for technical sales. Kröger has completed training to become a tool mechanic, followed by studies in mechanical engineering, before embarking on his professional career. He was born in Hamburg, Germany, and he is married and has two children.  

Hirsch has been at the helm of termotek since 2014. He will focus exclusively on meeting his responsibilities as chair of Technology & Operations in the future. He has been fulfilling the duties of the dual function on an interim basis ever since he has been appointed to the board of directors of the parent company on 1 July 2018.
