Always fitting, flexible and mobile: the Reisner container with individually designed cooling technology on the inside. In plastics production, metal processing or surface technology, production space is scarce and valuable. Therefore, Reisner Cooling Solutions either place their customized systems inside the production building or inside a robust container. Chiller, tank, pumps, water treatment system and control cabinet are arranged on the inside, the condenser is mounted to the container’s roof.

Delivery and commissioning of such a system is a quick affair. Inside the container, all components are wired and connected, only the supply lines require attachment on the outside. Thus, the container can easily be detached and repositioned should need arise – for example because the production is moved or restructured or because cooling support is required in another production area.

The container provides perfect conditions for highest operational safety and a long lifespan of the high-value Reisner cooling technology. An electric heater maintains perfect temperatures during wintertime, during summertime the container is cooled. The cooling system inside is well protected even against rough outdoor conditions. All components are neatly arranged for convenient operation, maintenance and repair.
