The cost-saving potential of the omega.eco system fits the needs of the trade fair visitors / The AMB was another huge success for technotrans / technotrans offers customised solutions for all types of requirements
Four successful days for technotrans SE at the AMB trade fair: The company from Sassenberg presented its process chillers omega.eco and smart.chiller for industrial applications at the AMB trade fair in Stuttgart. Once again, the trade fair visitors showed strong interest which resulted in numerous talks and specific project requests.
As in previous years, technotrans's participation in this year's ABM trade fair was crowned with success. "We had advisory talks with numerous existing and potential customers and we will deepen our contacts with all interested persons during the next weeks," explains Ingo Gdanitz, Business Development Manager at technotrans. The focus of this year's trade fair participation was on the omega.eco process chiller with which technotrans reaches a whole new level in terms of its cost-saving potential: the refrigerant quantity is reduced by up to 60% while the innovative technology lowers the energy costs by nearly one third. This is made possible by a combination of the highly efficient microchannel technology, power-controlled refrigeration and its dynamic adaptation to the process requiring cooling.
"Economic considerations and the idea of sustainability have top priority for most companies. The improved process technology results in a considerable reduction in operating costs, thereby fulfilling our customers' exact needs," says Ingo Gdanitz. Consequently, the trade fair visitors showed a keen interest, especially in the compact process chillers of the smart.chiller series. They convince, in particular, due to their user-friendly design and high level of economic efficiency.
Cooling lubricant conditioning for CFRP machining applications
In addition to its process chillers, technotrans also presented its systems for the conditioning of cooling lubricants. Thanks to their multistage filtration systems, these systems ensure the provision of consistent, high quality fibre composites machined with cooling lubricants. This attracted a wide audience, since cooling lubricants are particularly important for machining applications where they ensure the optimum temperature of the tools and components as well as the efficient removal of chips.
Another hot topic was the provision of customised cooling solutions for industrial applications that are specifically tailored to highly specific requirements. These systems are individually designed in close cooperation with the customers in order to provide bespoke machines. As a specialist for cooling and temperature control solutions, the system partner offers technologically sophisticated system concepts to its customers.
