We hope the new year has got off to a good start for you! At our headquarters in Sassenberg, Westphalia, and at all other 21 locations worldwide, we are already working flat out to make sure we maintain last year’s satisfying performance.

Our Annual Report, which will be published on March 10, 2015, will tell you all about the past year and provide an outlook for 2015. In the past, we have invested substantial amounts in printed reports that stand out from the crowd, and these have also brought us a number of design awards. As anyone who is in tune with the times will realise, there are now entirely new horizons to be explored online, and our priority is to concentrate on the essentials: our mutual success!

There are various reasons for this change:

• Through its products and as a company, technotrans is all about modernisation, progress and efficiency.
• That also includes protecting our environment by using resources sparingly.
• Looking good may often be important, but working effectively is even more important to us.
• Digital reporting is developing fast, and is increasingly meeting with the approval of stakeholders.
• We use our financial resources responsibly, as evidenced by our performance.

The interactive online Annual Report will enable us to create added value through our capital market communication, and at the same meet increasingly stringent requirements of transparency in reporting. The 2014 online report will for the first time enable us to offer you the option of downloading either the entire Annual Report or just selected chapters from our website as a PDF, which you can then view and print out.

A print product for digital printing can also be generated from the online report. We will make this additional print-on-demand version available to you by separate order, as required. Further instructions are provided on our website here.
