Trade fair premiere for termotek GmbH: The company specialised in liquid and air cooling systems will showcase its products for the very first time at this year's Analytica trade fair from 31 March to 4 April. Visitors will be shown compact, Peltier-based cooling units, modular systems and compressor-based miniature cooling units. With its presence at the trade fair, termotek positions itself as an experienced system partner with a high level of expertise and extensive capacities for the development of application-specific solutions. The areas of application of the integrated or stand-alone units made by termotek range from diagnostics applications up to the life sciences field.

"The correct temperature is key for numerous applications: X-ray tubes and their sensor systems require efficient cooling to counteract the development of heat and to ensure their correct operation. The temperature inside the process chambers for the analysis of samples must be precisely controlled in order to guarantee optimum measurement results," explains Denis Roessel, head of sales at termotek. "We develop application-specific cooling and temperature control solutions for all these areas of application." termotek offers its products for lower as well as higher power ranges – either based on the Peltier technology or as a compressor solution.

At the trade fair, termotek will present its extended product portfolio for use in laboratory, analytics or life sciences applications. The products include compact stand-alone cooling units with an attractive design, individual cooling modules and miniature solutions that can be integrated into OEM systems. Among the highlights are two Peltier-based products, one of which is the pe0040 Peltier chiller 19" plug-in unit. Special features of this technology: The units are practically noiseless and have a low vibration level, a small footprint and a high level of energy efficiency.

Precise and reliable temperature control
The production of cold based on Peltier elements is realised with the aid of plate-shaped semiconductors. As the unit does not rely on any moving parts for producing cold - unlike compressors - there are no vibrations or sound emissions. The semiconductor plates react particularly quickly and immediately adapt the cooling power when the applied voltage changes. This is why the fast and precise control of the feed flow temperature is among the numerous advantages of the new cooling system.

In addition, termotek will also present well-established systems with miniature compressor technology and demonstrate its outstanding flexibility and solution competence. "We are a full-service cooling technology provider with a high level of development capacities and years of technical expertise," explains Roessel. "As a result, w can offer customised solutions as well as extensive series productions across a wide range of applications."
