- New temperature control units with a high level of efficiency
- Speed-controlled pumps as standard features of the eco.line series
- High-quality stainless-steel heating elements with a long-term warranty
The best of two worlds in the field of thermal management solutions: technotrans solutions GmbH expands its portfolio of sustainable solutions based on the proven gwk teco and gwk protemp temperature control unit series. With the new teco ci eco series, the company presents an inexpensive yet highly efficient and reliable temperature control system that sets new standards in view of low CO2 emissions. This new series will be presented for the first time to experts visiting this year's Fakuma trade fair.
"The demand for temperature control units with efficient pumps, speed control and a high level of user-friendliness – also in the mid-end segment – has considerably increased over the last few years. With our new teco ci eco temperature control series, we are now meeting the needs of the market," says Ralf Behr, senior product manager at the Meinerzhagen site. The new series, which combines the advantages and features of two proven and highly successful temperature control unit series of the product portfolio of the manufacturer, enables outstanding efficiency at comparably low investment costs.
The teco ci eco series is intended for medium temperatures of 95°C, 140°C, 160°C and 180°C. The standard equipment of the units includes a so-called "longlife" stainless-steel heating cartridge with a long-term warranty, an innovative 7" "logotherm" multi-touch display and a speed-controlled pump. The energy consumption of the pump is displayed by the units, thereby enabling a highly efficient operation of the temperature control system.
Flexible use
In addition to its outstanding efficiency and durability, the series offers the following additional advantages: The units are characterised by their small footprint and ease of maintenance. Thanks to the available options, e.g. an itd evo water distribution system which can be directly integrated into the control system as well as an OPC UA interface, numerous application requirements of the market in terms of the temperature control of multiple circuits and a general digital transformation can be met.
For the time being, the series is available with pumps of three sizes with a flow rate ranging between 60 l/min. and 230 l/min. as well as a heating capacity between 9 kW and 36 kW. In addition, the units are available in different voltage and frequency ranges at no extra charge and can be used flexibly and globally.
Anticipation of the trade fair
Ralf Radke, head of business development at technotrans solutions GmbH, says: "Our new series offers extensive benefits to our customers and users. This is why we look forward to many interesting discussions with visitors at our trade fair stand where we will present the various unique selling points of our new series."
In line with the group strategy "Future Ready 2025", the technotrans companies gwk Gesellschaft Wärme Kältetechnik mbH and Reisner Cooling Solutions GmbH will be merged under the new name technotrans solutions GmbH in early 2022. gwk has already been renamed on 1 October 2021. At this year's Fakuma trade fair from 12 October to 16 October, the companies will be jointly presented under the name technotrans solutions at stand 1205 in hall B1.
