Dampening solution circulation system for demanding heatset web offset printing applications
The dampening solution circulators of the delta.d series are characterised by a high level of operational safety and resistance against typical contaminants. The sturdy cabinet stands out due to its ergonomic and service-friendly design with readily accessible controls for ease of operation.
The powerful pump system ensures the dependable supply of the connected dampening units with optimally prepared dampening solution. The tank with an optimised volume reduces the preparation and disposal costs. All of the components and materials are resistant to the dampening solution, while the robust stainless-steel coaxial evaporator of the refrigeration unit reduces the need for maintenance, thereby minimising the risk of downtimes. This ensures cost-optimised, efficient production in compliance with the stringent requirements of modern web offset applications.
