Water has a strong effect on the quality of printed products. Consistently high water quality is necessary for preparing the dampening solution while lowering additive and alcohol consumption.
The delta.r system is a high-performance water preparation system specifically adapted to rotary and sheet-fed printing applications. With an output of up to 600 litres per hour, the delta.r system is particularly suitable for high-performance applications. The unit can be connected directly to the printing press. Alternatively, it can also be used as a central water preparation system. An optimum setup for any application is possible as the unit can be combined with numerous different tank systems.
Printing companies can also decide to integrate an optional UV disinfection system to prevent the proliferation of microorganisms.
