Dampening solution circulator for increased precision of the spray dampening systems
The delta.sd dampening solution circulators ensure perfect operation, maximum reliability and a high level of precision of the spray dampening systems used for web offset printing applications. The special high-pressure pumps with a pressure control valve always generate optimum supply pressure while double fine filters in the feed flow ensure effective filtration.
The delta.sd line is characterised by a clearly structured, space-saving and service-friendly design with readily accessible controls for ease of operation. Thanks to their proven features, the units are particularly suitable for use in large installations with double- or triple-width spray dampening systems.
The delta.sdf unit is a full supply system, i.e. a dampening solution circulator with an integrated cross-flow filtration system for drip and splash water (reflective water), which enables a 99% reduction of the disposal quantities.
