The fluidos dosing system is a nearly maintenance-free solution for the reliable and reproducible dampening solution preparation for offset printing applications. Its operation is based on the hydrodynamic principle powered by the water supply pressure, i.e. entirely without electrical energy. When it is connected to the water supply line, it withdraws the additive directly from a container. The amount of concentrate added is always proportional to the amount of water flowing through the upper drive part and thus is unaffected by pressure or throughput fluctuations. The materials used are resistant to all standard dampening solution additives.

Depending on the actual requirements, technotrans offers different system variants: versions with two fluidos dosing pumps connected in parallel or in series, versions with a dosing range between 1% and 20% by volume as well as self-sustaining solutions. In addition, the system can alternatively be used for the re-hardening of DI water or as a silicone mixing unit.
