On the 5th and 6th of June, the first lubricant cooling trade show, dealing with cooling use of tapping fluids and lubricants and their applications, will take place in the exhibition centre in Augsburg. The professional application and disposal of these consumables offer high potentials for cost saving and energy efficiency as well as for protection of health and the environment. Particularly for manufacturers of tooling machines, technotrans presents the modular toolsmart system for the cooling, filtration and conditioning of lubricating coolants. The range offers interesting ideas for amortisation based on purchasing and operating costs (TCO).

The modular design of the solutions is not just designed for the way cooling lubricant is conditioned or filtered. Due to the proven multi-zone cooling system, the unit can also be used to cool other areas of the tooling machine. Shaft, hydraulics, control cabinet, cooling lubricant and other components can be supplied centrally from this unit via independent cooling circuits.

The applications for cooling lubricant conditioning range from rough to fine filtration, deep-bed filtration and separation, to ultrafiltration. As well as withinthe cooling and cleaning stages, components for fluid supply and for dosing additives can also be integrated into the toolsmart system.
