The recognised standard for medium- to large-format sheet-fed offset presses of leading press manufacturers: the new beta.c. A combined dampening solution circulation and ink unit temperature control system based on environmentally friendly, sustainable technology.
The new beta.c combination units use the environmentally friendly A1 safety refrigerant R513A with a considerably lower global warming potential (GWP 631). Thanks to the new processes, they also offer improved energy efficiency.
The beta.c can be extended with numerous features, including a second integrated temperature control circuit, e.g. for separate ductor temperature control, and a UV/LED-UV dryer.
The ergonomic and safe design, intuitive touch screen operation and perfect control of the most important process data are other notable features. Environmentally aware users who would like to further reduce their CO2 footprint can choose the beta.c blue version. This particularly energy-efficient variant of the combination unit fully meets all of the requirements of a cost-efficient, stable and process-optimised production in modern offset printing.
